Diamonds in the Ruff Pound Pups is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit rescue group that rescues dogs from kill shelters and stray, abandoned, and neglected dogs throughout Obion County in NW TN. We believe that every dog, not just those who are readily adaptable, deserves a chance at a happy life. Without a physical shelter facility, we must rely on foster homes to house the animals we rescue until we are able to find them good homes. We must pay to board the rescued animals when there aren't enough fosters. Funds for housing, feeding, and vetting the rescued animals come from reasonable adoption fees and donations, but the need is constant and difficult to meet.
