Project Youth supports young people aged 12 to 24 who face complex trauma and significant disadvantage to thrive. At Project Youth we believe all young people deserve the opportunity to thrive, regardless of the disadvantages they may face, and we fulfil this vision by providing inclusive opportunities for young people to fulfil their potential. Project Youth operates across the South Sydney region, offering trauma informed, individual, group and therapeutic programs that enable young people to be more connected, safer, achieving and healthy. Our programs are designed to offer wrap-around supports, recognising that often young people need help in more than one area of their lives to thrive and achieve their potential. Established in 1992, Project Youth has progressively grown to deliver programs across three streams: 1. Early intervention; 2. Housing and homelessness; and, 3. Education, employment and training. Project Youth works in partnership with young people, other charities, corporates, businesses and Government agencies to break cycles of disadvantage and ensure all young people have a future with access to safe housing, employment, education and well-being.
