Established in 2009, PAWS CAT RESCUE has been steadily helping the homeless felines in the Perth Metropolitan area. Currently based in the Southern suburb of Baldivis, the Rescue is now helping the surrounding areas from Rockingham to Pinjarra. We endeavour to deliver Vet work, TNR (Trap, Neuter and Release) & Rehabilitation where and when it is needed and in accordance with the current Cat Laws. We have our Fosters in comfortable Family homes with loving, experienced and very dedicated Carers. We are also trying to support our local Veterinary Clinics-as they are very full. When we can we take Cats in from their Adoption Programs into our Carers homes, for ‘Home Time’. As a lot of Cats don’t cope well in the Clinic environment, we like to offer help to the Animal, and ease the burden on the Clinics Staff. As our Vet Clinics generously support our Fosters, we think it only fair to return the favour. However this does come at a cost to the Rescue and to our Carers. We need your help so that we can keep providing the care for these Felines. Without your much needed donations many will miss out on the vital medical care they need, to stay healthy and begin to be less of a burden on our Community. Most of these Cats were kittens out in your Community at one time- whether they were on the streets or in homes, they are now in Vet clinics waiting for their future. Please help us to lessen the Feline poverty in our Community. And support us in continuing to help our Veterinary Clinics to alleviate the stress and strain on their staff, whom we all rely on.
