PANDA (Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia) is a specialist perinatal mental health service provider. PANDAās National Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Helpline is the only national dedicated perinatal mental health service. The Helpline conducts more than 10,000 conversations every year with women, men and families struggling with perinatal mental health issues. These stories provide a wealth of knowledge and understanding about this complex illness and drive our specialist perinatal mental health support services. PANDA also works to raise awareness in the Australian community about perinatal anxiety and depression, including the signs to look for and where to go to seek support.
