PALS is committed to keeping pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home. We accept abandoned, surrendered and abused cats, kittens, dogs and puppies.  During their stay with us, all pets receive not only tender loving care, but food, veterinary services, and any other additional needs they may present.  PALS receives no government funding and relies 100% on donations to provide for the animals in our care. We are staffed by volunteers 365 days of the year.  Every donation which comes to PALS is applied directly toward the animals' needs.  PALS' volunteers carefully screen potential adopters to assure every match is the right fit between pet and owner.
