The Elk County Humane Society was created in 2006 in hopes of helping every stray, unwanted, and lost animal in our county. The shelter is a non-profit, run by a dedicated group of employees and volunteers. We can currently house up to 24 dogs and 60 cats. We also perform low cost spay/neuter services and rabies vaccines when funds are available
