Outcast Rescue is a 501c3 non profit foster based rescue. While our heart is with the bully breeds, we have evolved into a high end medical rescue. Our focus is on helping save the dogs from the high kill shelters and also saving them from the horrors of puppy mills throughout the Lancaster, PA area. Our dogs get nothing but the best care no matter what the cost. All the dogs get socialized and live in homes with families as they prepare for their forever homes. We have a solid group of fosters and volunteers that dedicate themselves to the care of these dogs. Our organization runs solely on donations - not a cent go anywhere else except to the care of the dogs. Vet care is very expensive so we are very dependent on donations to help them.
