One of a Kind is a local based Not for profit community Op Shop warehouse that caters for one and all. As a warehouse we hold an extremely large range of clothing, Bric a Brac, furniture, linen etc. We also employ 10 locals and have over 60 active volunteers. Our customers are always treated like one of the family.

Our primary goal is to help as many small not for profits and charities by assisting them with small grants to achieve the work that they carry out. This is achieved in several ways by monetary grants, and also in-kind donations that help these groups.

We also have a strong community ethos on recycling with our 8 calls being RETHINK, REDUCE, REUSE, REFUSE, REFURBISH, REPAIR, RECYCLE, REIMAGINE. We are always aiming to incorporate all of these values into our day to day running of the shop. We have volunteers that make upcycled items from donations that we receive through the generosity of our local community. We have people that make bird houses out of recycled wood, people that pot plants out of their gardens and ours for sale. We also recycle suitable unwanted clothing and linen into rags which are then on sold to the public. We are multifaceted.

Every year we support our local Homeless Connect Day by providing clothing, linen, toys, shoes etc. last year providing approximately 4 Tonnes to this day.

Every year we hold a fashion parade which the ticket sales always go to two (2) local groups, last year both groups received $1000 each.

Every year we have a Christmas Tree appeal which funds go to our local Ronald McDonald House last year they received $1600.
