We at Ncompass have a heart for the children and youth in Haiti.  Specifically, we have been working in Titanyen, Haiti since 2011, starting with an orphanage of 40 children, and building into an organization focused on Education.  Because of the political turmoil and gang violence over the past couple years (this past year, especially), we have had to relocate our youth around the country so they are safer.  Doing this has introduced us to multiple schools, which we are working in to impact for the better.  We are directed by our Haitian team, who has the experience and first-hand knowledge to lead us in our goal to serve, develop, and empower today’s youth to become the generation of influencers God created them to be. Specifically, we have sponsorship programs where our donors can contribute to the education and/or general well being of the youth in our program.  We are working right now to assess the new schools we are now involved in to find 3 schools we can invest in.  We plan to invest in 3 ways: teacher training, teacher pay and child sponsorship (so that more village children and youth can attend school).   People in Haiti are suffering and we believe one way to change the culture for future Haitians is through education- join us!
