Moffitt Animal Shelter was established in 2020. Our mission is to provide temporary sanctuary and shelter for unwanted, lost, and neglected animals; to promote the humane care and treatment of dogs and cats through education; and to actively advocate pet population control; and to provide county outreach including, but not limited to, spay and neuter services, immunizations, and other veterinary care services through local veterinary clinics and university or college programs.
