About us
The main purpose of our Facility is a animal shelter for stray and surrendered animals for Iron County. Michigan. Being we are the only shelter in Iron County, Michigan we use donations to spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip our animals before we can adopt them out to the public. We have done a lot of rescuing from other shelters and especially with Texas when they have too many animals. We raise money on our own to support the care of our animals and our building. Our building is in need of a new roof and any grant money will be put towards this. Do to Covid 19 we have not been able to do our normal fundraising in the past 18 months.
