RESCUE, SANCTUARY AND LEGACY: Sometimes we rescue horses, sometimes we rescue people! Our goal is to bring peace and calm into the middle of chaos for incoming horses! We work with local animal control and humane societies in Lexington and surrounding counties as well. We also assist other horse rescues in need by sharing hay, grain and transportation when needed. Rescues must work together whenever possible for the good of the horses! We are working hard to stay up to date on all the information needed to properly run this rescue! SANCTUARY!!! Our promise to these horses is that they will never be abused, neglected, or hungry, and they will always be vaccinated properly, dewormed properly, and vet and farrier needs.
