Northeast PA Pet Fund & Rescue is a foster-based, 501(c)(3), non-profit rescue that has saved over 1,400 animals since our inception in 2013. We accept local owner surrenders, pull from shelters, and transport dogs from our Southern states and bring them into our rescue. We make sure we give the best care to each and every animal that we come across by making sure they are up-to-date on all shots, spayed or neutered, and micro-chipped, and any other vetting that they need. We make sure all our animals are happy and healthy before we adopt them to their forever homes. We also provide permanent sanctuary to animals who are deemed “un-adoptable” due to their age, medical prognosis, or even the severity of trauma they have suffered.
