Loving Hearts Animal Society is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) no-kill animal rescue organization focused on providing shelter and care for lost, abused and abandoned cats and dogs in East and Southeast Texas.

Our mission is to protect the health, safety and well-being of homeless companion animals, facilitate their adoption into loving homes, and establish low-cost spay/neuter services and programs for the underserved rural communities in our service area.

We believe that by providing dedicated rescue and adoption services, raising community awareness, establishing essential resources, and partnering with local authorities our organization can promote a better solution to the use of euthanasia to bring the homeless animal population under control.
