This non-profit is made up of people and miniature horses striving to bring happiness and enjoyment to people desiring equine interaction. The horses have been specifically selected for their calm temperament and traits (compassion, curiosity, kindness, and enthusiasm for the job) and have been or will be registered as Therapy Animals. The intent is to allow those interacting with the horses t have an enjoyable experience that changes their focus of the day, allowing a temporary break from existing and potentially challenging situations. Intended recipients are hospital and assisted living facility residents and staff, children called to testify to court, and other individuals or groups that would benefit from and desire such interaction. Interactions with therapy animals have shown to provide the benefits of reduced blood pressure, lowered heart rate, and reducing the symptoms of anxiety and depression.   Let us help you smile!
