Jeremiah’s Journey is a Plymouth-based charity that provides free support to children, young people and their parents/carers who have or are about to experience the death of someone special. Our professional clinical support includes an advice line, individual sessions, therapeutic group programmes, ongoing support if required and training to teachers and school professionals.
