The Irish Horse Rehoming Programme saves the lives of equines from pounds, as rescue cases and sometimes from owners where an equine needs our help. After rehabilitation, IHRP will make these equines available for rehoming to all sectors, including riding schools, trekking centres and therapeutic facilities, on a permanent basis. There is a large amount of lovely cobs and ponies that are being neglected and needlessly destroyed, and IHRP saves as many of these as space allows, and as homes become available. We have over 300 ponies rehomed in Ireland and across Europe since our beginning in 2014! IHRP was awarded charitable status on the 31st of January 2020 CHY Number 20205124
