We are a small independent rescue that deals primarily with animals belonging to members of the Traveller Community, but not exclusively.  We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome in the region of 500 animals per year.  We have a strict no-kill policy and get no government/taxpayers money. We rely solely on the generosity of our donors/supporters, to whom we are very grateful.  Our primary focus is on the rescue of animals from precarious situations, more often than not, starving, wormy and covered in mange.  To that end we provide free worm, flea and mange treatments to anyone who has dogs and requests it, we also provide free horse wormers and rugs for people who have horses and look for help.  We work with the owners not against them.  To that end, we get hundreds of animals every year.  We also run several Reduced Rate Neutering Schemes for dogs and cats the whole year round.  We here believe that "prevention" is better than "cure".  We also rescue horses, ponies and donkeys, but they stay here with us for live.  We provide our own grazing and make our own hay here for the winter months.  We advocate for all animals, domestic, wild and farm animals too, we believe that EVERY life deserves to be lived peacefully and with dignity.  We have an environmentally farm here and cherish the diverse wildlife that live here with us in complete peace.  We visit Education Centres and teach the law on animal ownership and care.  Our principal founder has a Law Degree and imparts knowledge on Dog Licencing and Horse Passports and any relevant rules and regulations that pertain to the ownership of animals.
