High Five is a social support group led by volunteer parent Carers for children with disabilities and their families. The charity creates events and activities suitable for the whole family to socialise and be part of an active support network. Children with severe disabilities are safe to play, siblings are entertained and parents feel confident and connected. We want to reduce the isolation felt by many families. Together we present a positive image of disability which challenges perceptions and encourages conversation to break down barriers.
