Inside Justice is a tiny award-winning charity that conducts casework investigations on behalf of people who claim they’ve been wrongly convicted.

We are receiving an unprecedented number of applications - a 600% increase since Covid. We rely entirely on the generosity of donors.

We provide free access to experts and lawyers and identify and challenge systemic failings
Inside Justice is a registered charity and our casework team is run on a lean overhead which harnesses the power of an army of expert volunteers.
We receive applications predominantly from prisoners or from their family and friends. 
We are also alerted to cases by lawyers who believe an innocent person may have been jailed but who can do no more due to Legal Aid funding cuts.
