For the past three years, we have been committed to providing a nurturing environment for dogs in dire need and to find all of our dogs their forever home. Presently, our sanctuary is home to over 100 dogs, encompassing puppies and elderly canines, all of whom greatly benefit from nutritious sustenance and attentive care, as well as all necessary medical procedures such as vaccinations, spayings/neuterings, etc. The lack of support from the local municipality makes funding extremely challenging to obtain. We have reached full capacity at our shelter, and the strain on our resources is limiting our ability to provide essential medical care, proper nutrition, and behavioural rehabilitation for these animals. Without intervention, these dogs and puppies face uncertain futures, including exposure to illness, injury, and starvation. The number of abandoned dogs and puppies has surged in recent months, overwhelming our capacity to provide adequate care and support. We are in desperate need of financial assistance to continue our vital work in rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming these vulnerable animals.Hopeland is facing a critical situation that requires urgent intervention.
