About us
The Huron Humane Society, Inc. (HHS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to caring for the homeless dogs and cats of Alpena County. We are a no-kill sanctuary working to heal and rehabilitate the adoptable dogs and cats that come through our doors. We vaccinate, test, provide life saving surgeries so they can have the best possible life when they are adopted to their forever people.
