Our organization is committed to providing free spay/neuter to all dogs and cats in our large, rural county. Humane Education is always at the forefront of every interaction. We take in litters of kittens, their mamas and random cats in need, whom we socialize, s/n and place in forever, loving homes. We are the only agency in our county doing this, and we are supported strictly through grants, donations and fund-raising.
