About us
At KHOPES, we believe that animals deserve a life full of care, feeding, shelter, and respect. Located on the spacious plains of Colorado, we provide housing, rehabilitation, vet care, and food to horses in need, usually ones destined for slaughter. As a sanctuary, no animal will ever be euthanized due to a time limit or to make space.
