Historic Lucks Cannery Inc. is a five acre municipal center located in Seagrove amid the thriving local pottery tradition providing services, entertainment, shops and community space for locals and visitors. It includes 4 indoor pickleball courts and exercise equipment operated by the YMCA, Walker Art Studio, Thompson Arts and Event Hall, Presnell Convention Center and the town hall. Funds raised are primarily used for programs and renovations of the 70,000 Square Foot space. The location host the annual NC Pottery Convention and Annual Celebration of Seagrove Potters.
