I started the sanctuary in 2000 and have rescued so many barn animals including llamas, goats, mini horses, chickens and ducks and they have all called this place home. I also have a cat rescue with cats and kittens who all get vet checked and spay/neuter before going up for adoption. Its endless work and is financially and physically draining but is so rewarding, it makes it all worth it. I am blessed to have foster homes who help take in the cats and kittens so that we can save more. Donations are what helps us save so many in need as there is no way to keep up with the amount of food and vet bills we go through. There are always emergencies and so many needing homes. Without the funds, we could not keep it up financially as we have so many needing rescue.
