Mission statement: FRAs mission is to provide resources, programs and education to promote adoptions and care of homeless pets in Rowlett and the Lake Ray Hubbard area. Vision statement: That the animal shelters in Rowlett and our surrounding cities are a safe place for homeless pets and our communities are educated and supported.
