We have been set up to rescue horses & ponies that have been neglected, discarded or just need a new home. We give them love and attention first & foremost, provide veterinary, farrier and dental care as needed, and retrain & re-home where possible. Currently due to drought conditions our feed prices have skyrocketed and we have no feed on the ground. A further consequence is that there is a huge influx of horses on the market - so not only are we struggling to feed our rescues, but also struggling to find homes for them. We are currently at capacity and without funds for feed and additional agistment we can't continue to save further horses. Hundreds are going through the sales every week nationally - and a high number are being slaughtered for meat - and we can't help any of them at the moment.
