Every Third Saturday (ETS) exists to foster hope and promote Post Traumatic growth for veterans and their families. Beginning in 2009,ETS has supported thousands of veterans by providing for their physical, mental health, emotional health, and spiritual needs. In 2025, our Veterans Resource and Empowerment Center was visited over 4,000 times for a variety of reasons. Many veterans come to utilize our Supply Store, where they can acquire items such as winter weather items, clothing, linens, personal care items, and household items such as toilet paper and paper towels. Secondly, veterans come to attend one of our several classes, including Christ Centered Conversation, Guitars for Vets, Vets in Recovery, VA Whole Health, Art class, Tech Assistance by Comcast, to visit with a VA benefits representative, and more. ETS also provided over $100,000 in emergency assistance grants in 2025 which prevented over 100 evictions, utility shutoffs and provided for emergency hotel stays for veterans.
