Upcounty Community Resources, Inc. (UCR) is a private, non-profit organization that believes we are enriched by all persons in our community. We promote the full inclusion of persons with developmental and intellectual differences into every aspect of community life. 

Our inclusive and innovative programs let us work, grow and play in our neighborhoods, local stores and social events. We meet the needs of all adults but specialize in those with Autism, I/DD, Down Syndrome, and many other differences. Serving the highest needs to the most independent with our customized programs is our profound joy.
