Centro Espibi (Centro de Desarrollo y Servicios Especializados, Inc.) has been providing speech and language services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, educational services, and support for families with children who have functional diversity for over 42 years. Our mission is to maximize the independence of children with functional diversity and minimize attitudinal, architectural, educational and social barriers. Throughout the years we have maintained quality services for the children and families we serve. Recently, we have opened the Independent Living Skills Program. Our goal with this new program is to help young adults with functional diversity develop skills that will prepare them for life within our communities. Moreover, through our program we hope to continue educating the community about functional diversity and that our participants can be integrated into our communities through the workforce and other activities.
