SWAMP Mountain Bike Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting outdoor recreation, healthy living, and environmental stewardship through mountain biking. For over 30 years, SWAMP has built and maintained more than 150 miles of sustainable, natural-surface trails across five major systems in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties—including Florida Forest Service lands. These trails serve thousands of riders annually, from beginners to elite cyclists, offering a safe and exciting way to experience Florida’s natural beauty.

Our all-volunteer organization works hand-in-hand with local and state agencies to care for and expand trail access, while also mentoring the next generation of riders. Through partnerships with the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), we provide youth athletes with training grounds, instilling values of responsibility, respect for nature, and volunteerism. Our flagship events, like CroomFest, raise essential funds to support our mission while bringing together the community in celebration of outdoor adventure.
