Big Buddy has been matching boys without a dad in their lives to volunteer Big Buddies for over 25 years and have matched over 1200 boys. These matches are life-changing for the boys, their families, the Big Buddy and the wider community. Big Buddy works on the simple philosophy that a boy will benefit greatly from having a positive male role model in their life. A Big Buddy relationship doesn’t just provide a man to do ‘blokey things’ with, it offers friendship, support and a good male role model to look up to.
