The BCA Hub (Babies • Children • Adults) is a 501(c)(3) volunteer-powered nonprofit founded in Illinois in 2018 by Tricia Ponicki. Built on compassion, preparedness, and community connection, The BCA Hub focuses on supporting families — especially babies, children, and individuals with special needs — during emergencies, disasters, and times of hardship.
Through emergency response, preparedness education, and community outreach, The BCA Hub provides essential resources such as diapers, formula, clothing, sensory comfort kits, medical supplies, and basic necessities when families need them most. The organization also creates safe, inclusive community experiences through sensory-friendly events, youth leadership opportunities, and hands-on volunteer programs.
What makes The BCA Hub unique is its heart: it is 100% volunteer-driven, youth-focused, and deeply rooted in kindness. From disaster response missions to magical family events, every effort is designed to bring calm, dignity, and hope to those facing difficult moments.
