Pay It Forward, Inc. is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and independence to individuals and families facing hardships beyond their control. Founded by Todd and Gina Grundmeier in 2014, the organization brings together local businesses, skilled tradespeople, volunteers, and generous donors to provide life-changing home renovations, emergency assistance, and community support.

Best known for its complete bathroom remodels for families with accessibility or safety needs, Pay It Forward also assists with projects ranging from home repairs and wheelchair accessibility to disaster recovery, medical support, and other critical needs. Every project is made possible through donated labor, materials, services, and financial contributions from businesses and community members who believe in helping their neighbors.

Over the years, Pay It Forward has united more than 100 business partners and volunteers while providing well over $1.5 million in donated labor, materials, and services to those in need throughout southeastern Minnesota. The organization continues to expand its impact through partnerships with industry leaders, community organizations, and local volunteers, proving that when a community comes together, lives are transformed.
