Bama Bully Rescue is a bully breed specific rescue in Alabama. We focus on pit bull type dogs because we believe they're the best pets ever. But we also do it because when we visit any given animal shelter in Alabama on any given day, we see big, goofy bully faces peering out of nearly every run. While their popularity as adorable, fun-loving family members increases, bully breeds continue to fill up Alabama animal shelters. Bama Bully Rescue helps local shelters by accepting the very best breed ambassadors into foster care. Once they are safely in the arms of a loving foster family, these dogs can breathe easy and let their true nature shine. Foster moms and dads are able to give adoptive families a complete picture of each foster dog's personality, allowing them to make sure the pup is a perfect match.

We can't do it without your support. Bama Bully Rescue runs on volunteers and private donations. We do not have any employees and we do not receive any government funds. Why do we do it?
