Access Wildlife - Keeping Charlottes Promise Wildlife Shelter Inc. is a not-for-profit, registered charity, wildlife shelter based in Langwarrin, Victoria. KCP wildlife shelter was founded in 2017 by Leah Humphreys, who has had experience in rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing Australia’s native wildlife. KCP wildlife shelter assist with the rescue, rehabilitation and release of any sick, injured and/or orphaned Australian native wildlife. Here at KCP wildlife shelter, we have a paasion for macropods, focusing on Victoria's most common Eastern Grey Kangaroo. In addition to macropod rescue, rehabilitation and release, KCP wildlife shelter is also inclusive of possums, echidnas, wombats, wallabies and many other Australian native wildlife including gliders, birds and reptiles. We are working towards creating a 24/7 Wildlife veterinary teaching hospital in the South Eastern Suburbs of Victoria. KCP wildlife shelter is runs 24 hours, 365 days a year; rehabilitating our Australian native wildlife, with majority of joeys requiring three to four hourly feeds. KCP wildlife shelter is 100% volunteer run, and relies on generous donations from the general public and valued sponsors to maintain our high standards.
