Access Pro Bono's pro bono programs serve the most vulnerable and at-risk groups in British Columbia, such as single mothers, the disabled, newly arrived immigrants, refugees, seniors, youth, and the homeless. Without access to legal advice and/or representation, many of these people might lose their homes, jobs, or custody of their kids. By providing free legal services to the public, Access Pro Bono facilitates access to justice in British Columbia and helps clients resolve such critical problems as domestic violence, loss of income, foreclosure, child custody problems, and child support.
