At AC PAW, we are dedicated to reducing the pain and suffering of dogs and cats caused by the severe overpopulation crisis in the five-county area of Northwest Lower Michigan.

Since 1995, we’ve rescued over 16,000 animals across Northern Lower Michigan, thanks to the vision of our founders, Brian Manley and June McGrath.

Today, we focus exclusively on our Spay & Neuter Project, providing low-cost options to prevent unwanted litters and working to educate our community on responsible pet ownership. 

By concentrating on spay and neuter, we continue working toward our ultimate goal: A future with no unwanted pets.
