Our mission is to eliminate the killing of healthy, adoptable, and unwanted dogs, cats, puppies and kittens at our local animal shelter. Our organization, through partnerships with private practice veterinarians and low-cost clinics, provides financial assistance to qualified low-income clients who live in Burke County. REASON collaborates with local animal welfare groups to promote education on the benefits of spay/neuter, pet responsibility and pet retention.
