Safe Shelter Inc. is a small, rural rescue and sanctuary for endangered dogs and cats. For 22 years we have been saving, vetting, and socializing those that we can. Animals who may, behaviorallly and healthwise, be adopted, are advertised for adoption. We have a no-kill policy here; at Safe Shelter, this means that euthanasia is an absolute last resort for the truly suffering and incurable animal. If not adopted, they live out their natural lives here.
