25 STAY ALIVE is a preventative health charity helping young Australians take action before it is too late.

Founded by two-time cancer survivor Hugo Toovey, we improve health literacy, normalise conversations around symptoms and mental health, and encourage young people to book the GP appointment, check in with a mate, and act early.

Through lived-experience storytelling, GP-led education, workshops, campaigns and community partnerships, we are changing the way young Australians think about their health.

Our message is simple: don’t wait until it’s too late.
