Womens Campaign International
Womens Campaign International
Women’s Campaign International (WCI) is a Philadelphia-based not-for-profit 501(c)(3) that works in emerging democracies and post-conflict regions around the world to equip women to actively participate in public advocacy, market, and political processes. In providing the requisite skills, knowledge, and culturally sensitive support, we develop leaders globally who transform the lives of everyone they serve. Since its founding in 1998, WCI has worked in more than 50 countries to promote women’s leadership fostering the sustainable transformation of communities. WCI has four programmatic pillars, including entrepreneurship, public advocacy, public health, and international relief. Under our entrepreneurship pillar, WCI seeks to empower girls and women to promote future female business leaders and an inclusive economic growth in economies around the world. Our public advocacy pillar focuses on WCI advocating and supporting on behalf of girls and women around the world to bring about change on a local, state, or federal level. Under our public health pillar, WCI collaborates with experts across academic, governmental, nonprofit and philanthropic communities to educate girls and women on topics associated with women's health. Our international relief pillar involves WCI investing in girls and women survivors of war, conflict, and natural disasters providing them with social and economic support.
