Established in 2016, Joiners. Inc is directed by a self-perpetuating U.S.-based board of directors and staff with 25 years of field experience works with the 70% of the under-educated rural peoples of Madagascar in 3 primary areas:
- instruction in stewardship of creation/natural environment
- Rescuing at-risk children from deadly tribal taboos
- Flipping rural villages by empowering farming and animal husbandry using appropriate local technologies and leadership structures
- Empowering rural schools/students thereby curtailing urban migration.  Current urban migration increases urban petty crime and decreases rural environmental control
