Willow Branch Horse Have and Refuge: Celebrating Equines, Giving them a Voice and Confronting Cruelty

We have on average 30 equines at the refuge and 6 in foster care.  Some are rescues from neglect situations and some are voluntary surrenders when the owners can no longer care for the animals.  We re-feed, provided veterinary care, farrier care and training.  We re-home the animals through our adoption program whenever possible.  We have a very active volunteer program and many young people learn how to care for equines and learn responsibility by volunteering at the refuge.  We do truly need help with funds in particular with the cost of feed going up so much.  Veterinary costs are also a huge responsibility for the refuge and a large part of our budget.  Any financial help to meet these large expenses would be so appreciated!
