Our charity program is trying to raise $$$ to fund psychological support for those people who are financially disadvantaged and unable to afford the gap between the Medicare rebate and psychological fees. Sadly, increase in Medicare rebates for mental health have been minimal over the past 10 years meaning the $5 increase that has taken place over that time has made it almost impossible for psychologists to bulk bill and those that do bulk bill have had to reduce the number of available sessions. $5 over ten years is nowhere near enough to keep up with the annual Increase in expenses to run a mental health service, which on average sit at about 3% per annum.

Our CSP program raises funds to not only help fund sessions for people who can’t afford the gap, it also funds our foodbank, material aid and other support to people in the community who are doing it tough. So please vote for us so we can secure vital funds to keep making a difference. Without ongoing financial support we are extremely limited to the amount of sessions we can provide to the financially disadvantaged - everyone deserves positive mental health and shouldn't have to carry the burden of choosing between healing themselves or feeding their families.
