The Parent Rooms supports parents in Northern Ireland who are struggling with mental health issues. Our vision is to create a regional circle of support around parents as they emerge from personal struggles into healthier and more fulfilled lives. We do this by providing peer support, wellbeing programs, counselling, and social connections. The pandemic has had a huge impact on the mental health of parents and we are working round the clock to ensure that no parent struggles alone.
