We are a family run, 501c3 animal sanctuary and rescue located in Bowdoin Maine.  We rescue animals from high kill shelters, animals with behavioral issues at risk of euthanasia, and animals destined for slaughter.  We believe animals of all shapes and sizes deserve a chance, or second chance and they deserve to be understood.  We are currently home to 14 dogs, 6 cats, 22 chickens, 2 ducks, 2 geese, 2 goats and 2 LARGE farm pigs. All of our residents get the chance to live their life in peace and be a part of a family without any expectations.   Our goal is to eventually be able to help our community members at risk of losing their pet(s) due to financial insecurities.
