About us
Founded in 1997, Shadow Cats is dedicated to improving the lives of abused, abandoned, injured, stray, and feral cats in central Texas. Our mission is to provide long-term care to special needs cats in a cage-free sanctuary environment and compassionate and humane resources to effect positive change in community cat populations through trap, neuter, return (TNR), and spay/neuter programs.
