The Animal League of Green Valley (TALGV) is a nonprofit organization which is run solely by volunteers. We are a no-kill cat and dog shelter whose mission it is to provide shelter, medical care, compassionate care, emotional support, training, and adoption opportunities for the homeless animals in our care. Our vision is that there is A Home for Every Pet. We also have an Outreach Program to help people in the community with veterinary costs so that they are able to keep pets in their homes. TALGV also subsidizes spay and neuter costs of cats and dogs in the community. TALGV has a summer Youth Intern Program for High School Students in the community to help youths learn responsible pet ownership and care. TALGV also has a thrift store called The Attic. Every cent from The Attic goes to help provide food and medical care for our animals.
